Lazka will be doing a majority of its work in the e-commerce space. Since Lazka will be selling overseas, the first few rounds of distribution will be preorders and the quantity of clothing distributed following that will be based on the average amount sold previous to get a baseline and not have an overstock. As a result of selling in America, the focus will be to get Lazka’s closed abayas into common department stores such as Macys or Nordstrom. 

Lazka relies on the Middle East, North America and the U.S. market. Lazka can be sold in any area within Asia, and Europe but also around the U.S. The company distributions , sales and revenue are accumulated in the Middle East and United States,  but the company does ship internationally through FedEx, UPS, and DHL Global from our online website. 

The two groups that our consumers fell under are the innovators and experiencers. The women who fell under the innovators group are always alert and absorbing information whether that’s in school, work or just in their daily lives (VALS Survey, 2023). In addition, they are sometimes shy and skeptical when it comes to advertising but are very confident when it comes to experiments (VALS Survey, 2023). They also find a thrill of challenging problem solving (VALS Survey, 2023). The women who fell under the experiencers group live a fast-paced lifestyle and are first in and first to out of a fashion trend (VALS Survey, 2023). They are also sociable, spontaneous, loyal but are very rebellious and go against current mainstreams (VALS Survey, 2023). With these behavioristics of the women, they will surely love the abayas that are distributed.
