A03 Module A FINAL SUBMITTAL

This submittal should include all the drawings required for this project and reflect the feedback you have in class and through Blackboard. Refer to assignments A1 and A2 for more details.

This assignment is VERY important for your Module A grade so read the instructions carefully and double-check your files before submitting.

Prepare the following documents (6 Pages, 34×22) for your final submission for Blackboard. [NOTE: Words shown in ALL CAPS AND BOLD are the literal title of the drawing or page referenced, respectively.

  1. COVER PAGE G-000 List of Drawings; Three Maps, each at a different scale. 1. SITE PLAN 1″=16′-0″; 2. PROPERTY PLAN 1″=300′-0″ and, 3. TOWN PLAN 1″=300,000′-0″)
  2. FOUNDATION PLAN A-100 SCALE: 1/4”=1’-0”
  3. FIRST FLOOR PLAN A-101 SCALE: 1/4”=1’-0”
  4. ELEVATION A-200 SCALE: 1/4”=1’-0”
  5. ELEVATION A-201 SCALE: 1/4”=1’-0”
  6. SECTION A-301 SCALE: 1/4”=1’-0”

All boards (PAGES) must contain the following Graphic Drawing Information:

  • north arrow (if plan view)
  • graphic scale (for each unique scale)
  • dimensions of X and Y extents, relevant individual dimensions, and at least ONE 3-tiered string of dimensions for each drawing page
  • drawing titles

Submission Formatting Requirements:

  • Submit ALL FILES IN BLACKBOARD. I will set up a Module A link.
  • You are sending BOTH .pdf and .dwg files.
  • 6 boards (pages), 34×22 in .pdf format
  • DWG files and Xrefs (e-transmit)

Files:  All submissions must be in PDF format (not JPEG). All files (drawings, reading notes, sketch assignments) must be named as follows:

Student Lastname_Firstname_ARCH2331_YEAR_Semester_Professor_Module Letter or Reading Number_TitleNameIfNeeded_YYYYMMDD.pdf
