Good will
This report bases the information in a good will message this in order to promote or identify different factors and characteristics of any situation. This report greatly helped me to understand the different concepts and the best vocabulary to be used when writing about something good or expressing thanks to any other person or institution.
Informative message
The informative message report has helped me to achieve the basic knowledge when finding information about another company it’s necessary.while creating this report we had read several ways to inform and format any kind of document to express and show different characteristics that any informative message must have helping us to achieve a great success when informing about any situation to anybody.
Negative message
Negative messages are the hardest message to communicate. As a negative message has to be send every time someone or something is going the wrong way or not being as effective as necessary. We have practiced the negative message writing about how people should act when firing someone and we have stablished different scenarios this to prove that the message has to be as respectful as possible but also going to the point to be able to express the main point of why the negative message it’s being written.
Persuasive letter
This letter is designed to persuade anybody. This message and stay of writing it’s designed to make people take control and also make others stick with your point of view. For this report making someone believe has been one of the hardest as to make someone believe in your main idea has to be expressed in an easy way this to show an be able to produce good results when you persuade an individual.

In this portfolio we have shown the different styles and form of which all the technical writing techniques are combined. All the different forms of writing help us to define and identify different situations making easier for you or anybody to understand. This kind of portfolio helps you to define and promote your point of view and ideas making it easier to express yourself.

The design created with all the main techniques learned in this class were used in the creation of this invoice. As we van see the different techniques we have used in this part shows how necessary and effective learning different techniques when writing and learning all the different elements helps us to show different points of view while showing all the main concepts be stablished in one and main design.
