In 2015, we had a research project on The Economics of Preventive Dental Visits. This research was conducted to see whether it was more cost effective to maintain preventive dental visits or to wait for emergency dental care. Through research  we found that economically preventive visits and emergency dental care were equal.  So there was not much of a cost difference between them.  Even though there was no cost difference we were sure to make it clear that waiting for an emergency dental is not ideal. Having regular preventive dental visits will not only make the the dental experience less painful, but overall increase the well being of life.
