The amount for your HoMie order will be deducted from your account as soon as your order is placed. You will get a confirmation email sent to the email address used to place your order immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as it has not already been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at info@homie.com.au to request to cancel an order and include your order number.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped out via the Australia Post (AusPost) and will take about 1-5 business days to ship, depending on your selected shipping method at checkout. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Orders take between 2-3 business days to process before shipping. If the shipping address is outside of the Australian borders delivery may take up to four weeks. 

Returns and exchanges outside of Australia are accepted but will be at the expense of the customer. In order to complete an exchange, products must  be returned the same way they were received; unworn, unwashed, undamaged, tags attached and its original packaging. Items must also be marked shipped by the delivery company the customer chooses within fifteen days of the delivery date. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied and returned back to the customer’s shipping address. Money back from returns will be refunded to the same payment method used to complete the order. Changes of that payment method will result in an additional fee. 运输政策
