Showroom & Back-Office Intern

We are looking for a smart and ambitious Showroom and Back-Office intern that is looking to get into the fashion world with the best styles, cutting-edge technology, and innovative business approach.
- Manage the shipment and receiving of Samples from Trade Shows, Stores, and Production
- Maintenance of samples, including streaming and storing
- Organizing and updating inventory location and count
- Update product specs for current and upcoming seasons, including measurements and weights
- Label/Re-label samples and products
- Assistance Back-Office and Administrative tasks
- Managing Inventory on B2B platforms Faire, Joor, Fashion GO
- Identify Editorial Images by style number
- Copywriting descriptions for over 200 products
- Cropping and resizing eCommerce images for Fashion Go, Distributers, Inventory Database
- Measuring new production garment
- Uploading new measurements
- Emailing clients for the new collections
- Tagging eCommerce products in Shopify to identify collection, fabric, and style
