The main aim of this study  were to evaluate the quality life of Alzheimer’s disease patients. The main subject of this supportive care trail was mainly AD patients under clinical considerations such as Decayed Missed Filled Teeth, Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14) and clinical findings. The researches explored many factors to determine how physical health and quality life effected to AD patients. Therefore, the main aim of this study was to investigate using above findings, how oral health status may influence the quality life of AD patients. The conclusion based on this supportive care trail came with the correlation between the age and high index of pathologies findings due the nature of the disease. The OHIP-14 was developed to meet the researchers needs and showed significant outcome to evaluate the quality life of AD patients in the south of Italy.

I agree with article research but there was only limitation was the control group in this article. The material and methods were explained properly and also results were discussed based on the research findings. Many disease such as  AD , cancer patients , or diabetic patients effects overall the quality of life in many ways. Whether its social behavior, depression or response to surroundings. Every disease has its own categories and effects on human nature. In this article, the discussions and results not only showed how unsatisfactory perceptions on the AD but, also a strong  link how worsening of oral health can effect the AD patients because the progressive nature of the disease.
