Historical Hip-Hop

I can see how his art can be called historical in that he is creating
an armorial representation using cultural symbols. I feel that
although some of his work looks really good and well done, a lot of
his work is just a bunch of images stuffed into a really small space,
and it seems way to full and overdone. A lot of his collages seem like
they would be fairly east to create with a photo editor program and
doing a Google search on “hip-hop cultural symbols”.
