I’m not understanding the void in the middle, on your setback slide. Is that void going to be used?
Floor to floor height is clearer to understand on a section rather than an isometric drawing.
Is a curved architectural staircase the most efficient and fitting solution for this space?
I enjoyed the presentation. I suggest a case study of a building with a large pool. Focus on how it is supported and where the columns are placed.
Shouldn’t there be two egress stairs from the pool area? Is a circular staircase really needed in a gym / health-club?
The zoning envelope is confusing. Egress stairs should be enclosed as well as leading directly outside.
