The purpose of the International Palette was for students to be in tune with all five senses, Taste, Touch, Smell, Hear and Sight. This relates back to the Fashion Industry because with ones ability to use certain senses such as smell, sight and touch one can ultimately distinguish one piece of garment or fabric from another.
