People with a Disability work with Limited Hours

An additional concern within the industry and economy related to employment for individuals with disabilities is the regularity of accommodating workers and the limited number of working hours that some of these employees are usually given. The matter here is not only the personal problems with getting access to water, but it affects both the employees and the economy. 

This practice is, for example, to hire only a few hours for workers with disability by employers sometimes due to deserialized views of them and their necessity to work. The factor includes an economic inefficiency, a sector that only permits some citizens to participate fully in the potential contributions of the economy. 

To achieve this goal, government agencies and business people hand-in-hand to develop labor policies that are more inclusive and equitable, not only increasing the number of hours spent by persons with disabilities on the job but also ensuring that this time does not let them do anything more than to kill time simply. Through this approach, directors will use a more loyal and diverse staff, which will result in less unemployment and more spending, which is one of the ways critical economic indicators can improve.
