- Finish a completed hybrid model – this should have the “greenway” and all 4 streets. IF you use 1″=100′ that is 4″ x 8″ (roughly)
- Your buildings should be no more than 75′ wide (or 3/4″ is using 1″=100′)
- Finish your precedent studies
- Finish all your concept models and photos.
