Assignment 2.2: Site Analysis
We will be doing individual site analysis for this project.
These include:
1.Use the base map to label all of the names and types of stores
–you can use colors to differentiate between types of stores . (i.e. food, clothing, electronics, banks,drugstore..)
2.Photograph street facades–continuous strip of Fulton Mall from Boerum Place to Redhook Lane–both sides
3.We have a digital model of the buildings
4. Map the traffic patterns, bus and subway lines on the large map
5. Show the sun motion
6.Create a figure ground from the large map
7.Locate major pedestrian movement flows–from subways, connecting neighborhoods,bus stops
