This is my submission for the Book/Album cover project. This is an idea I had for a song cover that I had for a  long time, which required a lot more work than I expected, and required the use of both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

This is an old photo correction from 2016. The original image, which is lost to time, was originally very aged and spotted.

This is the Business Card project made in Adobe Illustrator. The image beneath the contact information is a circle that I added a gradient to, and then gave border, which also is filled with a gradient.

This is the Old/New project. My concept was to insert a new Coca-Cola release into an old, Japanese Coca-Cola advertisement. I wanted to age the new Coca-Cola bottle as much as possible, but I couldn’t really do so. I settled for adding adjustment layers to the image that would lessen the overwhelming brightness of the bottle, while also enhancing the image as a whole and not ruining the already standard definition quality of the advertisement image.

This is my Hyperrealism project, using images from Commons.

This project was my first time using Adobe Illustrator. It looks a lot like Photoshop, so I went into it with a Photoshop mindset, although it turns out that Illustrator is a different beast to deal with. I was greatly inconvenienced by the lack of a paint bucket button. However, I am getting a feel for things with guidance, and it turns out that there are some interesting things that can be done with the tools Illustrator has.
