Informative Memo

For an Informative memo, I used the scenario of assisting a longtime customer that was very displeased with a recent addition of telephone prompt system designed to enhance the customer experience. The goal was to reassure the client that the company would continue to assist him in the way he has grown accustomed while outlining additional benefits while giving him the personal touch the situation needed. With the hope that we would be able to continue the prosperous business relationship.
