Watching the presidential election and seeing one by one which states will turn which side. Those two to three days felt like weeks. This year was different compared to our past elections due to all the mail-in votes. There were states that switched over after counting the mail-in votes. Watching the numbers of electoral votes slowly go up. The day the votes were all in and Biden was declared our next president, the energy in New York was as if we just overcame something huge. Cars honking and people clapping and cheering, it was as if our home sports team just won a big game.
