Membership requirements

Your membership is personal and will be registered through your email address when you sign up on our website or in one of our physical stores. Which is all free of charge.

Membership services and advantages

As a member, you will receive the following services:

Invitations to special events/promotions: Via email, you will receive information about our special events and promotions. You will also be able to choose if you want to be notified through one of your social accounts or messenger.

Personalized service: We may present you with customized services in store based on your previous purchases with us, and offer information regarding your clothing and shopping preferences that you have voluntarily shared with our staff.

Purchase overview: On your account, you will be able to access and review your previous purchases with us. When shopping in our physical stores or online, the purchases will be registered in your name. You may be required to show your ID in order to register a purchase in one of our physical stores. When you shop online, the purchase will be registered if you have made the purchase through your account.

E-receipt: Choice to receive a digital receipt when purchasing our products in one of our physical stores and receive all your receipts by email.

By signing up to become a member, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Acne Studios’ Privacy Policy.

If you do not want to receive any emails, you can always log in to your account to unsubscribe.

Validity

The membership is valid worldwide in our own physical stores and online but is not valid at our franchise stores: Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam &

at our Department Stores: Åhléns City Stockholm, Nordiska Kompaniet Stockholm, Galeries Lafayette Paris, and Harrods London.

If there are ever any changes, you will be notified in advance.
