Learning Self-Analysis

Throughout my experience in the Bachelor degree program I have grown as a professional. Before entering the program I could see myself giving medications, administering shots and so on. The Bachelor program has taught me all of what I could do mainly in the community. I feel much more confident when it comes to speaking with patients and getting the information I need to make a difference for my patients. Advocacy and its importance in nursing is one of the most valuable learning experiences thus far for me. I learned that being culturally competent can make communication between you and the patient effective and create a level of respect which can foster relationships along your career path. I look forward to the journey ahead and know that the lessons I have learned can help me further advance my career.
