   Now I’m really curious to know what exactly WAS the basic structure that was taught to you? After you tell me that, I’ll respond to the rest of your question!

     um intro: three points, attension grabbing sentence, thesis and weather you agreee or disagree with the author
     2nd: elaborate on what i read and what i found intersting –point 1
     3rd: point 2 elaborate short story
     4th : point 3 elaborate, example compare it to something agurmentive paragrah
     5th: sum it up closing arugment
