I look at this to be a photographable moment because it is something so simple that we all come across every day but it can be viewed in so many different ways. When I first looked at this picture I wondered what is the object that is portraying that shadow and I thought to myself “of course it’s a tree”. However then I started to think of what the shadow can mean and I thought of the shadow representing the obstacles in life. The shadows or the dark areas represent the obstacles and problems we face yet there is always light which shines through and gives us our hope to keep going on. This is why I consider this to be a photographable moment, it’s something so simple and common that can have so much meaning and depth to it.
