Jin was raised on Staten Island, influenced equally by the SI Ferry, High Rock Park, the Fresh Kills Landfill and the Wu-Tang Clan. She enjoys all kinds of collaborative ventures in various forms: music, art, video, building, living, learning and teaching. Currently, the collaborative learning is taking place at City Tech, in the Restorative Dentistry department, where Jin is learning how to make teeth.

In considering dental fabrication as a career, Jin is excited that some of the most skilled Dental Technicians are older folks. This means that there is much to learn! And that we will only get better with practice and experience. The peak is yet to come.

Jin has attended both public and private schools of education, and has been employed as an art fabricator for the past few years. She enjoys the act of making and learning through experience.
