You must understand the quotient rule in particular when it applies. Also, you must understand what must be true about the numerator if a fraction is 0.
from hint 1, we know that g(x) must not be zero.
From hint 2, the numerator of h ‘ (x) which is f ‘ g- f g’ is 0 at x=0 or
f ‘ (0) g(0) = f(0) g ‘ (0)
