• This week you watched Dracula from 1931, one of the most famous and influential depictions of Count Dracula in popular culture. Now you will reflect on why this particular depiction appealed to people living in the United States at the time. Do a bit of research on what was happening in U.S. history during the late 1920s-early 1930s and write a blog post of 250 words, minimum, putting the film into its historical context and discussing why you think this version of Count Dracula might have appealed to people living at the time it was released.
