I would never think I would earn a 4 key card so soon into the program. I was just doing my job as normal that day. I was working at the attraction “Buzz Light Year Astro Blaster,” that day. We had a guest who had gone on the Buzz Light Year Astro Blaster twice, but her vehicle wouldn’t move both times. So Ari and me who was working at that Attraction, let her keep riding the attraction without going back in line until her ride started working properly. We wanted the guests to experience the fun here at Disney and make magical moments. When I received the card, it made so happy. I thank the person and started talking to the guest, and it turned out we had a lot in common. This would be one of the days I wouldn’t forget working here at Disney Quest.

I am soooo proud of you Qing! Amazing, keep up the great work !
Great job Quing! Keep making the magic happen and make sure continue using what you have learned from our hospitality professors at City Tech.
The best things happen when you make an impression at a time when you are “just doing your job”. Disney does a great job of giving the front line employees the opportunity to “create magic” during their every day responsibilities.
