Disney waits for no one. Other than the one day during Irma when Disney closed it doors, Disney was fully operational once the green light went off for safety. I attended my second brunch with my cast members, and yes the male to female ratio is pretty off here in Disney. We had bonded over the hurricane ride out and I took this opportunity to get to know them more. They also learned that I eat a lot, and I mean three plates of steaks and eggs a lot.

I knew being down here for the Disney Fall program would mean celebrating the holidays in Disney. However, I did not expect to celebrate the holidays a month in advance because surprise, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party began this week. I took advantage of the 50% cast discount pricing and attended the party with my cast members. The special shows and events provided the guest with a different experience from the normal day to day Magic Kingdom, but my favorite part was the shorter lines. In case anyone did not know, Disney allows each guest to have three fast passes in one park a day. This meant most of your day inside the park could possibly be spent on waiting in line. The special ticketed events to me were like paying for a fast pass for the whole park because no ride would exceed the wait time of 40 minutes during this time. Just think of every holiday event as Disney’s way of inviting you to buy a fast pass and it’ll feel a lot better when you are handing money over to Mickey!

Oh yeah, you bet I went twice.
