On Thursday I went to Sea World. It was really fun. Learned and saw many types of birds and mammals. Watched killer whale shows, dolphins, sea lions and many more. Had the chance to pet sting rays and dolphins. Was wonderful I always wanted to experienceto be close to a dolphin. Next step is to swim with them.
As I was enjoying my time at Sea World I noticed the difference between Disney and Sea World team members, their guest relations and attitude. First of all, I noticed their appearance, they were allowed to have tattoos visible. Few of the staff were very “unapproachable.” Being that, they had a frown, serious face, hands crossed and or just leaned back on a wall. It was completely different than what I/we do here in Disney. If not smiling at all times but at least do not look bored.
