As I take a few classes in the baccalaureate program I can see the difference between associates and baccalaureate program. I see its different but in a good way. I feel like the baccalaureate program allow to grow as a person, as a leader as an individual. I believe it improved my knowledge and skills beyond the clinical part. I noticed that today I comprehend nursing in a different way than I did yesterday. I noticed my improvement when doing any nursing related topic with the help of the classes I took. I have grown so much from when I started I can see that I became a better thinker.
In addition, advancing my education only allows me to open more doors. As my view of nursing keeps advancing, I’ve notice how much what nurses do on daily bases can have an impact on the world. One important thing I grew to understand while taking the course is how health care system works from a different perspective. I don’t think anything else would have made me more prepared than what I am today.
Last, I think the program allows students to grow and become the best professional others that can be seen from working as a team, doing papers. It has allowed me have confidence in becoming a leader I never saw myself becoming.
