  • Frequently assigned charge role on a unit that includes telemetry monitoring beds; delegate assignments, identify quality of care issues and troubleshoot technical issues. Cross-trained for STROKE UNIT, RCU CCU and Step-Down.
  • Treat a broad spectrum of general medical-surgical cases and critical care patients with multisystem failure and complex diagnoses, including post-MI, CHF, septic shock, renal failure and persistent respiratory dysfunction. Initiated IV’s, maintained central lines, administered TPN/PPN, blood products and managed PCA pumps.
