One major thing I am learning from my experience at Brooklyn Bodygear is that patience is a huge deal. I’ve always believed in being patient so I am no stranger to taking my time but, in this industry some things are not in your control. It took a while before we got all the legal issues sorted out with our logo that I designed. Sometimes we go weeks before hearing from our printers and manufacturers. Morris doesn’t fret neither do I because we use that time to fine tune all the other little things such as the packaging design, hang tags and such. We want the product launch to be an experience for the consumers. This is where patience comes in again because every detail, every little kink has to be ironed out. I want my design to be a great experience for the consumer as well so I have no problem taking my time and going back making sure everything is perfect for both the company and the consumers.
