I found Amos Kennedy’s work the mot inspiring. Even though he uses letterpress He is very versatile with his designs, creating a variety by experimenting with different fonts. The repetitive placement of the lettering in the background as a way to create pattern. In addition to size and hierarchy that to enhance the contrast. Although not all of his work would be deemed legible I believe that it contributes to the idea that some social issues are not understood and recognized, at times takes deciphering for those that try to understand.
