Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients consist of:

  • 16 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Procedure
After blending the pumping and producing a smooth puree, place the puree in a freezable zip bag and store it in the freezer for the minimal duration of 24 hours–one day. After taking the puree out the freezer, place the bag in a microwave to heat up and soften for one minute. After, pour the milk of your choice into a blender and add additional and /or optional ingredients such as sugar (brown, dark brown), cinnamon, and pumpkin until it’s blended evenly.

Cranberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients consist of:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup almonds, optional: blanched/slivered
  • 1 pound spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

 

Procedure

Melt butter over ordinary saucepan, lightly stir almonds in saucepan until they are a delectable golden brown hue. After, to prevent crispiness, remove from the flame, and allow the nuts to cool. In a separate basin, mixed together are a plethora of ingredients such as sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, and vegetable oil. It should be tossed with spinach right before serving. After, the table will be adorn by a simple dish combined the spinach, toasted almonds and cranberries to the consumer content.

Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients consists of:

  • 6 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 6 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

Procedure
Turn flame on stove on high. Wait for pan to heat evenly. After, throw pre cut onions into a medium sized sauce pan for sauteing. When they are tender, add the remaining ingredients including squash, water, bouillon, marjoram, black pepper and cayenne pepper. After the water it brought to a boil, leave it to cook for 20 minute, or at least until the squash is tender. When the squash is soft, take it out to add to the blender accompanied by cream cheese and blend until it’s nice and smooth. Pouts the purée back into the pan, and heat thoroughly until it’s warm and then serve.

Spicy Rapid Roasted Chicken

Ingredients consist of:

  • Whole chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Procedure
Turn on the oven to preheat at 450 degrees. Clean the whole chicken thoroughly while running under cold running water and after removing all fat. Allot chicken to air dry or pat dry. Place chicken into a baking pan after cover it in a layer of olive oil. Mix all the seasons including the salt, pepper, oregano, basil, paprika and cayenne pepper together and drizzle it over chicken until it’s evenly coated and not missing a spot. After seasoned to perfection, place the chicken in the oven to preheat for 20 minutes. After the time is up, reduce the heat to 400 and leave the chicken roasting internally to a minimum of 165 degrees fahrenheit. After 40 more minutes the chicken should be done and withdrawn from the over, placed on the stove to let cool 10 to 15 minutes and then it can be served.

Beef Stew

Ingredients consist of:

  • 2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cubes beef bouillon, crumbled
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 large white onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons water

Procedure

Place beef cubes in a large pot on a stove and cook beef in oil over a small flame until it’s browns. Break down bouillon in water and pour into pot. Add in and mix the rest of the seasoning. The ingredients consists of rosemary, parsley and pepper. Allow the water to come to a boil, then lower the flame, close the lid and allow the stew to simmer 1 hour.
When it’s time, add the remaining ingredients into pot. Ingredients such as potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions. Liquify the cornstarch in and with 2 teaspoons of water and stir into stew. Close the lid again and allow to cook for 1 more hour.

Ingredients consist of :

  • 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 8 apples— preferably Granny Smith apples—peeled, cored and sliced thinly.

Procedure
Turn on oven to preheat to 425 degrees. In the saucepan, let the butter melt while slowing pouring  in flour to create a paste. Pour water, white sugar and brown sugar into the saucepan and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, lessen the flame and let the food simmer.
Spread the bottom crust in pan. place the thinly sliced apples in accordingly, not too lumpy though, it may break the delicate lattice work crust. After apples after are filling the brim, cover said crust. Delicately let the sugar and butter liquid flow atop the crust. Spill at slow pace to avoid the liquid spilling on the counter. Place isn’t over to bake for 15 minutes in the 425 degree preheated oven. After, lessen the degrees to 350, and then, proceed to bake for 35–45 minutes, until apples are tender and delicate to bite through.

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup white sugar  
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

 

Procedure

At 350 degrees, preheat the oven to start this dish. In a decent sized bowl, in tandem, mix the graham cracker crumbs, the finely chopped pecans, white sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Take out the Graham cracker concoction and place into springform pan (the size to the users content) and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake in the firmly pressed Graham’s in the oven for 10 minutes. In a separate basin, mix cream cheese and sugar at a decent speed until it’s smooth. One at a time, whisk in eggs and vanilla and made sure the 2 ingredients are devoutly mixed in. After, pour and fill the mixture into the baked crust. Over the cream cheese layer, sprinkle the chopped pecans, sugar and cinnamon and place bake into the oven and allot to bake approximately an hour. When finished baking, let the cheesecake cool before putting the cake in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
