The First step towards my career- finding an internship. I was so energized to discover an internship and it could be an awesome opportunity for me to grow my connection and information and maximize the professional and personal growth development in order to get a higher achievement. As a designer, what I like about this field is that this gives me the opportunity to imagine ideas and can express and make them into the design. I believe the Adobe software skills that I learn in my 4 years of college will help to achieve what I aim for.
I was following the Comd internship website and I applied to all and got a response from one. The internship I found is the IE Office at Brooklyn College. During the interview, I was very nervous and did my best to be accepted and be their team or intern. Isana Isana Leshchinskaya was my interviewer who took my interview. She asked basically all questions regarding my education, my goals and who my favorite Professor in college, and why. Isana also told me about what most interns expect from this internship, what kind of challenges they faced and she also told me the ways to improve my resume to stand out more.
After the interview, Isana told me to wait 1 week for the response. A couple of days later. I got an email from her asking about my schedules and which days I am available and I told her Tuesday and Thursday before 2:30 pm and after that, I got another email that says I am selected as one of their Web and Design intern.
