From this video project, I learned that video editing is very time consuming. Learning the basics like cutting, adding text, and editing sound were just the easy part of getting me through this project. There are definitely a lot more to learn to make it better, but for now as a beginner in Premiere Pro, the final product was the best I could do. Doing this assignment led me to understand terms I’ve never heard of before, and experiencing video editing was actually fun and interesting. At first when I opened Premiere Pro, it was extremely confusing because there were buttons and controls everywhere. But after a mini lecture about it, it started to make more sense and I started getting more used to it. If I weren’t pursuing graphic design, I would definitely love to try going into the video editing or the animation world, and learn more about their programs and software in depth.
