Patient Management

One of the patients I had this semester was classified as a Heavy. His periodontal type was type II with localized sites of type III. He has moderate inflammation with severe bleeding. He was presented with a fistula on tooth #18. He has generalized probing depths of 5-7mm. After performing a 4 quadrant Scaling and Root Planning, Arestin was applied on #31MB with 7mm and #31DB 5mm. Both site had a 2mm pocket reduction.
