Within the preparation process I had no idea what to expect. Ive never had real experience with the preproduction process of the LAF or other theater based festivals so the Estimate Calendar was pretty simple and covered the basics. It wasn’t till the actual planning was taking place that a started it realize how vital and important it was to include meetings and emails as the daily ritual within my planning.
