There was a meeting which was suppose to held at Plaza Hotel but due to this pandemic and the lock down it was cancelled. But the meeting was held online by zoom. Solly, Esther, Mathew and I was there at the conference. A buying house owner came along with his designer all the way from L.A to attend a meeting. Sportswear was trying to do launch a new product through them and was having a meeting how to start it so that it can be taken to its goal. And here Esther was given much more importance than others as she was a great designer along with experience. I was very thrilled with it. I consider her a role model for this. I have seen her mentoring me whenever I needed something throughout this internship and the results were good. the ideas she has given mower never rejected but approved and encouraged to do more and more.
