In this presentation, I want to discuss the effects of being a designer dealing with stress. Also, how best to manage that stress using the iPhone’s health app. It also focuses on what makes iPhone’s Health app so helpful, and, in the end, how music can play a role in the impact of a designer’s stress.

Hi Adriene! I liked your presentation! I overlooked this kind of stuff, since I tend to delete any utility apps by Apple that serves no purpose to me, so I never knew about this app!
Great Presentation Adriene! You clearly explained how stress affects designers and how the iPhone’s Health app can help manage it. I especially liked the practical steps and focus on mental well being. It made the topic feel personal and useful.
