During my time in DEN 1200, I had the privilege of assisting the senior class of 2024 during the Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) event. I played an active role in welcoming and guiding children to their assigned providers while ensuring they felt comfortable, safe, and excited about their dental visits. In addition to easing dental anxiety, I took the opportunity to engage with them about the importance of oral hygiene and its connection to overall health, including vision and hearing. This hands-on experience deepened my passion for pediatric care and community outreach.
I look forward to participating in City Tech’s upcoming event on May 9, 2025, with even greater responsibility and commitment.
