Ceramics is a course based on learning the theory and techniques of the fabrication of ceramo-metal dental restorations. These restorations include PFM crowns as well as pressable all-ceramic and milled zirconia restorations. Students were taught pressing techniques, porcelain build-up, firing, contouring and finishing and polishing ceramic restorations.
