My journey into dental field began with a strong desire to pursue a career in healthcare since I was young. Few years ago, I had the opportunity to shadow my sister who is a Dental Hygienist. This experience sparked my interest and later working as a dental assistant further confirmed my passion for patient care. I gained valuable exposure working as a dental assistant and I learned so much, from hands on patient care to administrative side of dentistry.
Pursuing a degree in dental hygiene has deepened my passion for patient care. What I love the most is providing patient centered care, building rapport and promoting lifelong oral health through education and preventive services.
Looking ahead, I plan to expand my knowledge from preventive side to the restorative side of dentistry. With a strong foundation in dental hygiene, my goal is to provide well rounded patient care, emphazing both prevention and treatment to improve overall oral health of my patients. Â
