Description

We all agree for this project that our main problem was the budget, because based on the budget we had we mad our decisions. I learned that we had to pay the worker overtime. The main issue at stake was staying on budget because they are many ways to do these things but we tried to find the most cost efficient way of doing things. Our problem solving Strategy for this project was to do the research. I would say the hardest part of this project was the drafting not because of the what we had to draft but because how much drafting we had to do. I would say the easiest part of this project was figuring out the labor cost because basically we maximized the labor for the work week. What really work was the way we broke up the project because it gave everyone a semi-light work load. One idea that we discarded was borrowing the cabinets.

Analysis/ Analogy

I think the real world situation like this problem is when you are doing cost management because there will be a lot of going  through the budget finding the little things you missed or taking things out to make the budget go down. The only thing that defer this problem from the real world is that we were doing it for a class.

Application 

What i took away from this project is take you time and slowly analyze what you are budgeting so you don’t mess the little things. the way I would apply this is never to do a budget in a rush and make sure i give myself enough time to do the budget.
