Our message is to preserve your body and mind We target an audience that are incorporating their health and eating choices with yoga, ages 6-40, yoga trainers, and nutritionists. FIT AND FOOD ME wants to create an environment where every person can be accepted for their best effort. Through fitness, you decide that what you put in your body and what you do with your body determines your overall health. Unhealthy choices put you at risk for developing major diseases and quality of life.
