I am a nonjudgmental, an empathetic person and a good listener. I hardly get distracted from my goals or lose control over my emotions when faced conflict. Even if I do, I have learned to listen to all involved empathetically, apologize sincerely and move on. It enables me to be attentive and deal with the concerns raised by my supervisor, coworkers, and most importantly the patients. My non-judgmental attitude along with empathy, listening skills and perseverance has helped me succeed in my endeavors and excel personally and professionally.
