A favorite movie that comes to mind right away has to be the movie Spider-Man from the year 2002. This movie is based on a teenager who’s name is Peter Parker, he is attending High school, and he is really smart . While he is on a school trip, he gets bitten by genetically altered spider which alters his own DNA, gives him super human strength, and changes his whole life. Living with his grandparents he learns from them on how to be a honest and humble man with his friends and the people around him. His grandfather tells Peter on how to walk the right path and the words he use will never be forgotten, they are as follows ” With great power comes great responsibility.”

The life of a man that returns from a serious crime cartel mission is about to be changed. Frank Castle is an FBI agent who takes justice on his own after his family is being killed because his last assignment. Over his last assignment Frank Castle killed a son of a rich and powerful man who took revenged. Frank Castle even without his family continued to enjoy his live and took out the powerful man. This movie is an action movie from beginning to the end.

The absence of Frank’s family in his life gives him the strength to move forward and look for revenge against one of the most powerful cartel driven by Howard Saint. Frank started taking revenge by killing the rest of his family and taking Saint’s business out of the loop. This movie is an action movie from beginning to the end.

One of my all time favorite movie is The Dark Night Rises. The movie starts off with the Joker robbing a bank and  killing all his crew mates and fleeing with the money. Batman and the whole city of Gotham becomes aware of his presence and things he is willing to do just to get a kick out of it. The Dark Night Rises starts off with the antagonist named the Joker, robbing a bank, killing all his crew mates and fleeing with the money. The protagonist Batman being a superhero becomes aware of his presence and the things he is willing to do just for the pure enjoyment. The police eventually does capture the joker and keep him detained for a couple of hours, until he breaks lose. After the Joker escapes custody, he plans to destroy the city and killing the Batman along with it. In the ending sequence of the movie, the Batman finds the Joker’s  whereabouts and fights him until he is defeated while also saving the whole city.

One of the most whimsical and magical movie series adaptations; Harry potter. Including the books, it was one of the biggest phenoms and was a part of a lot of people’s childhood’s  growing up. The story about the “Chosen One”with a Strange scar on his head that had a huge purpose and a destiny that he wasn’t prepared for but the magical world of Hogwarts and its fate is all on his hands. The series is all about him facing all types of obstacles and adventures that grows him and helps him become the man hes destined to become. All this leads him to face the dark lord, Voldemort ; a dark wizard who intends to become immortal, overthrow the wizarding world known as the Ministry of magic, and eliminate all wizards and Muggles (non-magical people) who weren’t on his side.

Harry potter and the half blood prince, written by J.K. Rowling centers around Harry and his Wizarding World changing for the worse. As Death Eaters seek havoc and find more ways in entering the once called ” Safe heaven” for wizards, Hogwarts and its fate is in Harry potter’s hand. As their are more dangers and obstacles more than ever coming his way, His headmaster is making it a matter of importance that Harry prepares for his final battle with the Dark Lord, Voldemort. On the other hand, Teenage hormones and love is all in the air in Hogwarts. Along with the dangers looming, things before you know it, may never be the same in the wizarding world.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind revolves around Joel Barish and Clementine Kruczynski. The movie opens with both Joel and Clementine on the Long Island Rail Road headed to Montauk. They are under the impression that there was an impulsive need for them to go to Montauk that day and that it was fate that they met each other. Later on, they both receive tapes addressed to them that contains memories of each other that were erased. Devastated by how their original relationship ended, Clementine decides to back out of the current budding relationship in order to prevent reliving all the tough times during the first relationship. However, Joel begs Clementine and they both agree to continue with their second relationship stating that they were meant to be.

My favorite moving is Rocky, staring Sylvester Stallone. This movie came out during the early eighties and it was based on boxing where a young local from Philadelphia got a chance to fight against the word heavyweight champion of the world. Rocky worked in a boxing gym doing odd ends jobs. The fight was suppose to be an exhibition between Rocky and the champion. However, during the fight Rocky was able to stand toe to toe with the champ, lasting all fifteen rounds.

Rocky is a movie based on a boxing match between the main fighters who are Rocky and Apollo Creed. Rocky was a local guy from Philadelphia while Creed was the world heavyweight champion at the time. Creed was looking to have an exhibition fight with a local as a marketing strategy and Rocky got the opportunity of a lifetime. Rocky was unaware that the fight was an exhibition so he gave it his all, lasting all fifteen rounds, standing toe to toe with the champ. At the end the judges called it in favor of Creed but the crowd favored Rocky.
