Good evening professor, this is Rosa Sanchez from your Intro to Poetry class. Today we are taking the midterm but I am very concern because I might not be able to make to class; My little brother is really sick and I am, as the oldest at home, the only one who can stay with him, since my mother had to go work. I would like to ask you if it is possible for me to take the exam on another day(maybe this week or the next) because I don’t want to fail this class nor get a bad grade.
