mid-semester

at the beginning of the semester, I felt more motivated and prepared for class, but as the semester went on, it became harder for me to stay focused. I missed some classes because I was balancing work and studying for my EMT certification at the same time, which became overwhelming at times. Toward the middle and end of the semester, I felt exhausted almost every day and less motivated academically. Sometimes it felt difficult trying to manage everything at once.

One thing I know I need to improve is my time management. I tend to leave assignments until the last minute, which only adds more stress when I am already busy with work and other responsibilities. If I start my work earlier and stay more organized, I think I would feel less overwhelmed and perform better in class. Even though college has been challenging for me, I still want to keep pushing myself and improve. I want to feel more confident in my ability to succeed instead of feeling like I don’t belong here.
