Getting the Interview, #2

My role within the marketplace tech company is to be a Graphic Design Intern in the design department. On the other hand, my supervisor is VP Product & Community in the company and oversees the distribution and progress of the project tasks. He is the first person I met upon coming across the company.

I found the position on Linkedin and even converse with the supervisor a few times before the interview. It took a few days after we made the first contact to meet on a virtual call. Also, we left our camera on and were dressed professionally. The supervisor asked and answered all the questions even though there was one other person there spectating.

However, the questions consist of how my knowledge and skills can complement and benefit the current aesthetics of the brand. I showed my portfolio and even talked about how my previous projects will translate into their organization. From doing billboards to creating GIFs, I wanted to show that I possess flexible skills.
