Case Study 1

A 29 year old African American male non-smoker with a Medical History: Negative/Normal, EO/IO: Findings within normal limits, and BP: 116/75 P:83. Clinical Observation of #17 and #32 missing, but pt. reports not having any extractions in his dental history. Panoramic x-ray was taken and supernumerary mandibular molars were noticed. Referral to oral surgeon for further evaluation was given.

Case Study 2

A 66 year old asian male smoker of 50 years presented with only #22, 23, 25-28,  and a CUD. Pt. has generalized severe bone loss with mobility class 2 and 3. Dental prophylactic treatment was prohibited in our institutional clinic. Therefore patient was referred to his dentist for evaluation of implant denture placement.
