Group Assessment – Group #4

My responsibilities within Group 4 is to introduce/present the disease based on visual/info cues with Mathew.

1. Identify your responsibilities within the group: I am in charge of creating a power point, based on our topic of Osteomyelitis, for my fellow group members to present.

6. This person was incredibly involved in each phase of this project. Matthew was highly involved in every aspect of the project, always wanting to know what was going on and if there was anything he could do to help.

5. How would you rate this person’s participation in the group?
Extremely involved. She has written up a fantastic paper that was concise and very informative for our group presentation.
6. All of our members have done a great job in keeping in constant contact with each other and keeping track of the task at hand. Jennifer has been great in staying focused on the project and to have the paper ready in time for the powerpoint to be completed, which it is.

My responsibilities within Group 4 is to write the essay with Rehab, apply all information needed to the essay.

Yes. I wrote part of the essay and send it to Rehab for she can add a final touch to the essay.

5. How would you rate this person’s participation in the group? Rehab is a very responsable person and organize with her task.
6. All of the members are in constant communicating and helping each other with any information. All the members in group 4 ( Rehab, zonia, christina, Alejandra, Lee & Mathew) was incredibly involved in each phase of this project.

6. This person was incredibly involved in each phase of this project. Yes, she is always eager to know what is going on with the project step by step. Also, she almost done with her part which is organizing the power point.
