PSY-3405 brought me a major change in my life. Now I know how to manage my stress. Beginning of the semester, I was very stressful about my family, 6 classes and 35 hours of work. I felt like I am totally massed up, I didn’t know where to start and where to finish. All I know that I have to do it, can’t runaway. When I have Learn managing my stress, I started to organize my schedule for class homework, family responsibility, job. Nowadays, I often plan my day to keep my stress in control. and I believe I am doing good on it. In fact, I often do 15-20 mini meditation to keep myself focus.
